The monster-hunting game Mo Co. by Supercell is now available to play anywhere in the world without an invitation.

Although the most recent Supercell launch was made available to everyone in March, it was only playable via an invite system up until this point. Players no longer require an invitation as of right now.

The majority of Mo Co invites have been sent out since March via the game's website upon request and through the official Supercell creators.

Supercell stated in a blog post that "that's right, mo.co is now officially open for everyone to play; you don't need to receive an invite." But that doesn't mean it's our GLOOOOOBALLLL moment or that you'll see Luna, Jax, and Manny lounging on the giant screens in Shibuya all of a sudden.

The group is still concentrating on developing the game properly and keeping marketing subtle. In the meantime, go out there and hunt those Chaos Monsters, and keep an eye out for some of the startup's innovative recruitment strategies!

As we previously reported, Supercell, a Finnish company, conducted limited beta testing with players in October 2023 and had been hinting at a worldwide release for the game since mid-2024. When we asked a number of industry professionals about their impressions of the beta, they were largely positive.

Shortly after we disclosed the specifics of Space Ape's transformation into Supercell London, another brand-new Supercell game, Boat Game, made its debut in February. This led to about 70 employees transferring to the new organization, along with about 30 layoffs and new locations for Transformers: Earth Wars, Fastlane, and Chrome Valley Customs.

Johnathan Rowlands, a 10-year Space Ape veteran, has been appointed as Squad Busters' new general manager as part of the changes. Supercell CEO Ilkka Paananen confirmed during a recent earnings Q&A that the Finnish company had ten games in development and had recently brought on five new game teams through its Spark incubator program.
